JH6128 Five Color Fluorescent, Rampgill Mine, England

Description

Up for bid is a 5 color specimen from the Rampgill min in England. This has Witherite that fluoresces White and Yellow and is also phosphorescent, Barytocalcite that fluoresces Pink, Fluorite that fluoresces Violet, and a bit of Red fluorescing Calcite and Blue fluorescing Hydrozincite. This is actually six colors but since there isn’t that much Hydrozincite I downgraded it to 5 colors.
This material was only found in one section of the mine and all the material was collected about a decade ago. Only place to get this is from old collections.
