This specimen is an
excellent
example of Colemanite XLS. (fl. cream SW and LW and phosphorescent) with Strontianite xls. from the Billie Mine, Inyo County, California, USA.  Good example of these species from this locale, fluorescing brightly!  The fluorescent area consists of crystalline Colemanite with Strontianite on matrix.  Displays wonderfully and is a miniature size.
The size of the specimen is 2" (5 cm) by 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) by 1" (2.5 cm), a miniature sized specimen.
