WOW!
With many perfectly cubic crystals from the Okorusa mine in Karibib, Nambia, this fluorite has beautiful fluorescence EVEN IN SHORTWAVE UV!
All photos are in Shortwave, although longwave UV produces an even brighter response!
Longwave response is so bright it easily overexposes the picture, so I didn’t take any.
A very nice piece from a seldom seen mine.
Super nice dark purple crystals, so dark they almost appear black!!!
It weighs 14.7 ounces (418 g), and measures approximately 4.50 inches X 2.50 inches X 1.50 inches. (11.2 cm X 6.2 cm X 3.6 cm)
