RARE,TOP QUALITY, VERY BRIGHT YELLOW ( SW) POWELLITE IN SCOLECITE MATRIX,INDIA

FABULOUS & RARE,cabinet sized specimen, EXTRAORDINARILY BRIGHT YELLOW (short wave) powellite crystals, Nashik District ,Maharastra, India. The matrix is scolecite and calcite.
The photos reveal the intense yellow under short wave ( photos 2 - 5 ). Under long wave the powellite fluoresces a light orange( photos 6 -8 ). The calcite retains a brief phosphorescence upon withdrawal of the SW lamp.
I took the photos with my iPhone. I had trouble capturing the true beauty , detail and beautiful yellow color of the stone. So, in brief, the photos do not not do this marvelous specimen justice !  YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS SPECIMEN TO APPRECIATE IT'S OUTSTANDING BEAUTY!!!
